Project: Kill (1976)

Government runs a sercet MK-Ultra like mind controll program in the Philippines. Former government contract killer does not like the experiments so he ends up chased by his ex-partner, Asian gangsters and the local police. One and only Leslie Nielsen, before his comedy career, he did his own stunts without doubler.
