The Fast and the Furious (1955)

Wrongly acused of murder, young man breaks out of jail. In race against time he wants to prove his innocence, but the police is constantly pursuing him. he decides to take a hostage - a beautiful young woman, and gets into sports car race across US trying to make it to Mexico, before police can nail him again.
